Alkaline Water for Gout Remedy
In 2010 I made a Youtube Video titled "Completely No Pain No More Gout Attack".
It became pretty popular for most gout sufferer, that I have no time to response on email or answer phone calls. I was still officially employed for JP Morgan Chase/Harvard Maintenance in New York City.
It became a personal responsibility to hold on to my video claim, that I do not suffer from gout attacks since drinking regular 7 to 8 glass of alkaline or Kangen water and the feeling almost of healthy working life until now. I retired from my maintenance work for 291/2 years, November 2013, and in 2008 I learned the benefits of drinking alkaline or Kangen water.
Christmas Eve 2013 was a beautiful celebration here in my modest apartment here in Jersey City. Unfortunately, since 2013 I started to feel attacks again from my gout problem. It scared the crap out of me to drive my car, since these attack prevented me from going places. My left knee and right foot was swollen and it was Chritsmas Eve. For several years I felt I was not truthful on claiming that my gout problems was completely solved.
December 24th, I started to feel my left knee was getting swollen. And to remedy this situation I started to drink more alkaline or Kangen water continually. At the same token I took my caplets of NSAID: non-steroid anti inflammatory drug. Indometachin caps at 50mg which was prescribed by my network doctors.
It's amazing my knee and my right foot is getting swollen, but miraculously I don't feel no pain while drinking additional alkaline or kangen water. I can recall every aspect of these sudden attacks. I did not follow good physicans suggestions to avoid excessive eating foods rich in purine or uric acid.
From my own personal observations these foods or drinks are the culprit, if I eat or drink a big amount of these foods it is the reason why these attacks suddenly occured:
1. Beer or booze (any brand drinks)
2. Peanuts and any kinds of peanut beans.
3. Excessive consumption of pork, meat, and poultry (cold cuts or baked)
4. Food cook or preserved with Msg.(monosodium glutamate)
5. Deep fried pork, meat and poultry
6. Some kind of fish which are rich in purine, like salmon or anchovies.
7. Excessive consumption of butter, margarine or peanut butter.
At these writings my swollen right ankle and right foot has subsided. Check my snapshots of my affected parts of my legs. Remember, I do not feel the pain now since adding more alkaline or kangen water from my usual 7 to 8 glasses daily. I honestly believed, alkaline or Kangen water helps prevent gout attacks.
Above photos were taken Dec. 24, Christmas Eve. As of now, I would say alkaline or kangen water on my own experienced quickly relieved my pain when this attack occured.
